Questions and Answers about COBRA continuation coverage and the new premium assistance subsidy provided by the ARRA is available on agency websites.

When you visit the CMS website you can access general information about COBRA by clicking on any of the links appearing on the left side of the CMS home page under the "COBRA Continuation of Coverage" heading.

A document called "Helpful Information About State Continuation Coverage ("Mini-COBRA" Programs) and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA)" that contains questions and answers about the State mini-COBRA programs and the ARRA; and

A document called "Helpful Information for Beneficiaries Regarding COBRA Premium Assistance under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), As Amended" that contains questions and answers directed towards individuals eligible for COBRA continuation coverage under the ARRA.
